It is a pleasure to have Ethan owning my guitar no. 40. It had previously played a very nice Oribe Grand Surprema, which I found to be a bit ironic in that no. 40 and 42 were built with Cocobola from Oribe's wood collection that was sold upon his retirement.
Ethan is a native of Colorado where he studies at Colorado Univerisity in Boulder with Nicolò Spera. He has been a top prize winner in the Denver Guitar Competition and 1st prize in the Shark Tank Entrepreneur Competition. He was also a semi-finalist in the Schadt String Competition, a prizewinner in the Lamont Solo Honors Competition, and has four times been in winning ensembles in the Lamont Chamber Honors Competition.
